Note that the times listed are when the bus departs from the stop in the morning and in the afternoon. Please plan to be at your child's stop at least five minutes earlier than the posted time. If you are late, go to the next stop listed. Routes, times, and order of stops may be modified to avoid overcrowding on any one bus. Parents will be notified of any change. Please send a note if your camper is leaving early, if you are picking up your child at camp, if someone else is picking up your child at camp or their bus stop. Please make transportation changes one week in advance; if a change is made during the camp week, a fee of $25 will be charged. Please give all notes to the bus counselor or bus driver - this is to protect your child. The bus driver will wait at the last stop with your camper until you arrive. The bus driver will allow a 5-minute courtesy time after driving to the last stop in the afternoon. After the 5 minutes, there will be a $1.00 charge per minute. The driver will give you a bill for their time; make checks payable to Whippoorwill Farm Day Camp. Note that routes, times and order of stops may be modified. You will be informed of any change(s). Car riders should arrive at Whippoorwill between 8:50-9:00 a.m., and depart Whippoorwill from 3:20-3:30 p.m.
