Whippoorwill has a 40-year history of enthusiastic, caring, and fun people. We all love the outdoors and we love sharing the farm with campers. Read a welcome letter from Shanelle Lambert, executive director, and meet the counselors and other staff members.
All program directors and staff are at least 18 years old. All staff members go through a two-step interview process, have references checked, and complete a background check. Once hired, each staff member participates in a three-day training program where they learn childhood development and are trained in activities and camp areas.
