The link above takes you to the online application. Please have all insurance, health history and shot records in front of you before you begin the online application. You will receive an email confirmation of your online registration within 3-5 business days.
About the Online Application Form
Parents, you asked and we listened! After receiving feedback about a more efficient registration process, we are pleased to announce the online application. Our hope is that the online application will provide a quicker response time regarding your camper's spot at Whippoorwill. Another plus is that we will save some trees along the way.
Since the online application is new for everyone this year, you will be asked to create a user name and password. With this user name you will be able to revisit your application at any point. You will keep this user name every summer and will only need to change certain information after the first year. Once you have your user name and password, you can begin the application.
Please have all insurance, health history and shot records in front of you before you begin the online application.
Once you have started the application, you may leave and come back to finish, but please note, that until you have paid and received a confirmation e-mail from Whippoorwill, your child is not considered enrolled at Whippoorwill. Please allow 3 business days to receive your confirmation before calling the Whippoorwill office. Your registration will not be processed until the entire application is complete and paid for. You will be able to pay online by credit card at no additional cost.
If you are not comfortable applying online, that is not a problem. You can download and print an application and mail it into the office. Note that we will not be including the application and health form in the brochure this year in an effort to save trees.
