- All Bear Cub sessions are closed.
- Log Cabin Camp sessions 1 and 9 are available.
- Teepee and Teepee Elders Camp session 1 is available. The Friday Overnight session 2, 6, and 8 are still available.
- Online registration is now open. Please have all insurance, health history and shot records in front of you before you begin the online application. You will receive an email confirmation of your online registration within 3-5 business days.
- Prefer to use a paper application form? No problem! Download and print the 2012 Application and the 2012 Health Form. Paper applications will be processed starting on January 9.
- Pre-Order your 2012 camper t-shirt! In order to guarantee your camper’s specific shirt size, t-shirts are available through online registration this year. The cost is $15. Shirts will be available during the summer as well.
About the Online Application Form
- For parents of our returning campers, you can use the same user name and password from last year.
- For parents of our new campers, you will need to create a user name and password. Once you set up your user name, you can revisit your application at any time. You will keep this user name every summer and will only need to change certain information after the first year.
- Once you have started the application, you may leave and finish at a later time. Please note that until you have paid and received a confirmation e-mail from Whippoorwill, your child is not considered enrolled at Whippoorwill. Please allow 3 business days to receive your confirmation before calling the Whippoorwill office.
- Your registration will not be processed until the entire application is complete and paid for.
- You will be able to pay online by credit card at no additional cost.
- New this year: Whippoorwill T-shirts are available for purchase through online registration and all week long at camp. The cost is $15. In order to guarantee your camper’s specific shirt size, t-shirts should be ordered through registration. If you do not purchase a t-shirt with your registration, an order form will be sent home at the end of the day on Monday of the session your camper is attending. Ask the bus counselor if you need an additional form. We will distribute t-shirts to your camper when we receive your request and payment.
If you are not comfortable applying online, that is not a problem. You can download and print a pdf version of the application and health form (note that paper applications are not processed until January 9, 2012).
