Joy at the farm!

There is much holiday joy happening with all of us at Whippoorwill Farm! Milo, the pig, is reveling in his warm heated house that he no longer has to share with a goat! Milo had a hard time telling us that he was old enough for his own space and Did Not Want To Share His Room With A Goat!
Buddy, the goat, now has his own house and space, but he was lonely. One morning we found Lily, the dog, in Buddy's new house. Lily had found her new pet and Buddy had a new friend. (You might remember that Lily had adopted a possum and Miss Duck as previous buddies.)
Miss Duck and her duck friends are enjoying the pond all to themselves. They glide in circles and speed across the pond just for the sheer joy of the season! The rabbits have thick and furry warm coats for the holiday and have been thankful for the fresh kale treats.
The chickens are enjoying a rest and laying an egg only every other day. Their great joy is fresh rain and juicy worms!
All of us celebrate the beauty of the winter scene and send you wishes for a joyous holiday.
